Why composite decks?

Composite decking materials are an engineered solution to a timeless homeowner’s problem. Composite is entirely maintenance free as it is warp, rot, scratch and fire resistant. It requires no refinishing and is easy to clean.

What brands does Brown Decks use?

We primarily utilize TimberTech and Azek for composite decking and aluminum railing. For steel rail we use Fortress. If you have interest in other brands/types of material please don’t hesitate to ask!

Is Brown Decks insured?

Yes. A Certificate of Insurance can be provided upon request.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We offer a 12 month craftsmanship warranty for repairs and an 18 month craftsmanship warranty for replacements. Material warranty is subject to the manufacturer.
